Mission
Girls in India are amongst the most vulnerable populations in the world. Assault and kidnapping against them remain serious problems, and the COVID-19 pandemic has made things worse by increasing financial stress on families. Many girls have taken on more household work, which has further disrupted their education. Investing in girls’ education is one of the best ways to break this cycle of poverty. In addition, girls need to be able to protect themselves from the dangers they face daily. My mission is to provide this community with techniques that help girls develop the skills to protect themselves in harmful situations. My goal is to share easy-to-learn skills that are effective and are simple to remember in stressful situations.
भारत में लड़कियाँ और महिलाएँ दुनिया की सबसे कमज़ोर आबादी में से हैं। भारत में महिलाओं और लड़कियों के खिलाफ़ हमले और अपहरण के अपराध एक समस्या हैं। कोविड-19 महामारी के कारण उनकी स्थिति और भी खराब हो गई, जिससे घर के वित्तीय बोझ में इज़ाफा हुआ। लड़कियों को अपने घरों में ज़्यादा काम करना पड़ा, जिससे उनकी स्कूली शिक्षा पहले से ही मुश्किल हो गई। लड़कियों की शिक्षा में निवेश करना गरीबी के इस चक्र को तोड़ने के लिए सबसे अच्छे संभावित समाधानों में से एक है, फिर भी, जब तक ये लड़कियाँ शिक्षा प्राप्त नहीं कर लेतीं, तब तक उन्हें अपने सामने आने वाले खतरों से खुद को बचाने की ज़रूरत है। मेरा मिशन इस समुदाय को ऐसी तकनीकें प्रदान करना है जो उन्हें हानिकारक परिस्थितियों से खुद का बचाव करने के लिए अपने आत्मरक्षा कौशल विकसित करने में सहायता करेंगी। मेरा लक्ष्य ऐसे आसान-से-सीखने वाले कौशल साझा करना है जो तनावपूर्ण स्थितियों में प्रभावी और याद रखने में आसान हों।
